Sleep Aid Tincture

1 oz bottle of sleep aid tincture. Made of homegrown and wild harvested hops, valerian root and chamomile . It is made with a gluten free alcohol and fresh spring water collected by myself. This sleep aid tincture has a combination of carefully selected sedative herbal allies to help calm you and carry you into a a relaxing, healing and restful sleep. It can also be used to sooth anxieties and sore muscles.

Actions of Hops: Nervine, Strong sedative, hypnotic, tonic, diuretic, analgesic, aromatic bitter, anti-bacterial (topically), astringent, anti-pyretic, antispasmodic, anaphrodisiac

Actions of Chamomile: Mild nervous system sedative, anti-spasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-emetic, carminative, anti-microbial, vulnerary, anti-ulcer, anti-allergic

Actions of Valerian Root: Nervous system relaxant, hypnotic, hypotensive, anxiolytic, analgesic, antibiotic, expectorant, bitter, carminative, sedative (paradoxical stimulant), antispasmodic, emmenagogue

Cautions: be careful with sedative and depressant medications as it may potentiate effects, valerian interacts with barbiturates, some people will react paradoxically to valerian and be stimulated by it instead, do not use before operating any machinery or vehicles
