1 oz bottle of wildcrafted jack pine pollen tincture. Made from sustainably foraged jack pine pollen from our homestead property in Northern Ontario. Plant extraction made with strong grain alcohol. Jack pine pollen is loaded full of benefits including: 18 amino acids, numerous mineral and vitamins, including A, B1, B2, B6, B3, B9, Vitamins C, D, E and Beta Carotene. Dosage (for Adult Men) - To Raise Androgen Levels:
30 drops (1 dropper full squeeze) 1 to 3 times per day, holding in mouth 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach morning and evening, but can be taken around meal times. Constituents enter the bloodstream quickly when taken alone. Best taken in cycles (5 days on 2 days off).
Cautions: Some people have allergies and sensitivities to pollen avoid if you are allergic or start with a small controlled dose to test your sensitivities. Pine pollen is not recommended for men with androgenic excess conditions or enlarged prostate issues.
