Mugwort Seeds - Artemisia Vulgaris
Mugwort is a perennial medicinal herbs often called the witches herb. It is great for women's health and also makes a great bitter for digestion. Also a mild nervine it can help easy tensions and depression. It is often enjoyed in tea, tincture or even as smoke medicine. It spreads easily so be careful where you plant it.

- Best time to sow: Spring, late summer, or early fall
- Light conditions: Grows in full sun to partial shade volatile oils are more potent when grown in shade
